Who is this actually for?

Healthcare leaders — directors, VPs, CEOs, chiefs — who are senior enough that the feedback loops have gone quiet, and ambitious enough that they're not ok with that. Most participants will be running teams of 20–500 people. You don't need a clinical background; the framework is industry-agnostic in design but healthcare-tuned in delivery.

How is this different from FACHE Prep, the Coaching Twin, or executive coaching?

FACHE Prep is exam content — credentialing for ACHE board certification. Coaching Twin is the AI scorecard that runs every week. Executive coaching is unstructured time with one person. The PLP Certification is a structured, measurable, behavior-based 6-week program where Walter teaches the framework, the AI does the objective scoring, and your peer pod does the reps. You get all three: instruction, measurement, and accountability — built into one cadence.

What's the time commitment?

4–5 hours per week for 6 weeks. 90-min live call (Tuesday 12pm ET), 60-min video lessons, 30-min peer pod call, 60–90 min applying it to a real meeting and reviewing the scorecard. Capstone week is heavier (3–4 extra hours).

What if I miss a live call?

Replays are posted within 24h. Miss one and you're fine. Miss three and you'll need to do a make-up cohort to certify — the live reps are non-negotiable for the credential.

What does "certification" actually mean here?

It means you submitted a real meeting transcript, scored measurably against the 4 attributes, defended your growth edge in front of Walter and a peer reviewer, and earned a public LinkedIn credential. It's not accredited by an external body — it's a Dutch Mentor credential. The point is the bar, not the framing. We re-issue annually based on a follow-up scorecard so your status reflects current behavior, not 2026 you.

What about privacy of meeting transcripts?

Transcripts are sent to Anthropic Claude for analysis only — not stored on our servers, not used for training, not shared. Scorecards are saved in your browser locally. You only submit transcripts where everyone present consented to a transcript existing. Walter sees only the resulting scorecard for capstone defense, not the underlying transcript, unless you choose to share it.

What's the refund policy?

30-day full refund, no questions asked, even after the first call. After day 30 we'll prorate refunds case-by-case if life happens. We'd rather you leave whole than stay resentful.

Can my employer pay for this?

Yes. Most do. We provide a one-page proposal template, a W-9, and an invoice with PO field. Email walter@thedutchmentor.com after applying and we'll get the paperwork to your L&D team in under 24h.

Is this an MBA-style commitment?

No. This is a focused 6-week intervention. You can stack multiple cohorts over time (we run 3–4 per year) but the program is deliberately short, deliberately behavioral, and deliberately not academic.
