A 6-week live cohort for healthcare leaders who want their results — and their reputation — to compound. Built on Walter Dusseldorp's Pure Leadership Power™ framework, with the AI scorecard built in so growth is measurable, not vibes.
The Pure Leadership Power™ framework. Not a personality quiz. Not values posters. Behaviors you can score on a Tuesday.
Hold a strong position; change it when the evidence does. Make your team smarter, not smaller.
Respect the people, the standards, and the consequences. Operate at the edge without flinching.
Decide. Move. Hold the line. The standard you walk past is the standard you accept.
Make people better by being with you. Trust compounds. So does its absence.
Three-day off-sites. Inspirational decks. Personality assessments that tell you what you already knew. Then everyone goes back to Monday and nothing changes — because nothing was actually measured.
You're senior enough that no one tells you anymore. The feedback loops have closed. You're guessing at your own growth — or worse, performing it.
You'll graduate with a measurable baseline, a defined growth edge, weekly objective scoring of your real meetings, and a certification that means something — because the bar is set in behavior, not bullet points.
Live cohort calls every Tuesday at 12pm ET · 90 minutes · 24 leaders max · Walter teaches every session.
Establish your baseline scorecard from a real meeting transcript. Identify your dominant attribute and your blind side. Set your one growth edge for the cohort.
The micro-behaviors that make rooms smarter. How to ask the question that costs you status. The art of changing your mind in front of people without losing them.
How to operate near the edge without becoming reckless or precious. Naming what's sacred without making it untouchable. The difference between standards and stories.
The architecture of follow-through. What to do with the conversation you've been avoiding. Why the cost of the avoided meeting compounds faster than the cost of the hard one.
The behaviors that compound trust. How to give the kind of feedback people actually act on. Repairing the trust account when you've withdrawn from it.
Submit a final meeting transcript. Score against all 4 attributes. Defend your growth in a 15-min capstone session with Walter and a peer reviewer. Receive your certification badge, public profile, and 6-month follow-up scorecard.
No fluff. Tools you'll actually use after graduation.
90 min each. Walter teaches every one. Replays available, but the live room is where the reps happen.
4 short lessons per attribute (8–12 min each). Watch on your commute, apply on Tuesday.
Unlimited weekly meeting scoring during the program — and Member-tier access for 6 months after.
Matched by archetype. Weekly 30-min accountability call between the live sessions. Reps build the muscle.
Public LinkedIn credential when you defend your capstone. Quarterly recerts available to maintain status.
Lifetime access to every long-form Walter resource — frameworks, scripts, decision tools. Not a content dump; a working library.
Self-paced when the schedule rules you. Cohort when growth is the priority. Founders' Circle when you want Walter on your toughest call.
If yours isn't here, write it on the application — Walter reads every one.
Healthcare leaders — directors, VPs, CEOs, chiefs — who are senior enough that the feedback loops have gone quiet, and ambitious enough that they're not ok with that. Most participants will be running teams of 20–500 people. You don't need a clinical background; the framework is industry-agnostic in design but healthcare-tuned in delivery.
FACHE Prep is exam content — credentialing for ACHE board certification. Coaching Twin is the AI scorecard that runs every week. Executive coaching is unstructured time with one person. The PLP Certification is a structured, measurable, behavior-based 6-week program where Walter teaches the framework, the AI does the objective scoring, and your peer pod does the reps. You get all three: instruction, measurement, and accountability — built into one cadence.
4–5 hours per week for 6 weeks. 90-min live call (Tuesday 12pm ET), 60-min video lessons, 30-min peer pod call, 60–90 min applying it to a real meeting and reviewing the scorecard. Capstone week is heavier (3–4 extra hours).
Replays are posted within 24h. Miss one and you're fine. Miss three and you'll need to do a make-up cohort to certify — the live reps are non-negotiable for the credential.
It means you submitted a real meeting transcript, scored measurably against the 4 attributes, defended your growth edge in front of Walter and a peer reviewer, and earned a public LinkedIn credential. It's not accredited by an external body — it's a Dutch Mentor credential. The point is the bar, not the framing. We re-issue annually based on a follow-up scorecard so your status reflects current behavior, not 2026 you.
Transcripts are sent to Anthropic Claude for analysis only — not stored on our servers, not used for training, not shared. Scorecards are saved in your browser locally. You only submit transcripts where everyone present consented to a transcript existing. Walter sees only the resulting scorecard for capstone defense, not the underlying transcript, unless you choose to share it.
30-day full refund, no questions asked, even after the first call. After day 30 we'll prorate refunds case-by-case if life happens. We'd rather you leave whole than stay resentful.
Yes. Most do. We provide a one-page proposal template, a W-9, and an invoice with PO field. Email walter@thedutchmentor.com after applying and we'll get the paperwork to your L&D team in under 24h.
No. This is a focused 6-week intervention. You can stack multiple cohorts over time (we run 3–4 per year) but the program is deliberately short, deliberately behavioral, and deliberately not academic.
Cohort 1 is capped at 24 leaders. Walter reads every application and replies within 48 hours.
